Ultimately, whatever happens, we have to remember that we are the losingest program in D1. We aren’t going to magically improve. It’s going to take fans, coaches, and administrators doing their part to raise up the program.

Just one #iufb fan’s perspective, but here’s what I think about the program’s current situation:
1. Don’t pay $20 million dollars to fire Tom Allen. If the athletic department pays that much to fire someone, they won’t pay nearly that much to hire someone.

6. IU needs to think about the game day experience for normal fans. Sure, premium seating may be needed, but how has the experience improved for the average fan?
