Most egg shells carry Salmonella, that bacteria goes straight into your rice when you cook them together.
rice also carries something Bacillus cereus spores that can survive cooking and will multiply if the pot sits for too long without being heated (this is why we advice people not to rewarm rice, but if you do; make sure it’s warmed at a very high temperature.
Even if you wash your eggs properly before boiling, that salmonella can still find its way into your rice so it’s better to cook your eggs and rice Separately Ma💜.
