@natashasrostova I typed this up and have been sharing it any time i see someone arguing that talking about it is doing more harm than good. We can't help Ariana, that is her and her team/family's responsibility. But we CAN stop others from idolizing and glamorizing this behavior.
You cannot overstate the importance of journalism in this FIFA/Infantino saga. There's a very real chance that Infantino would have been able to spin this to his advantage, if The Times and Financial Times (I believe) hadn't gotten ahead of him and FIFA
