@MyCreativeOwls@Lovable Incorrect take, You Definitely need to know how to code to build production software, else wise you pay in both, time and financial capital to cover the gap in knowledge
@sairahul1 Bad take, why wait for loops when you can write better specs and clearly explain what, how and where to make changes in codebase to get the job done, LLMs are for grunt work, Engineers are the thinking part, and so it should be, loops is a new way of increasing comprehension debt
@addyosmani Amazing write, I think what matters most on real projects is reducing comprehension debt, while keeping the speed, gotta learn more about that.
@bilawalsidhu Amazing and unsettling at the same time, unsettling cause I am all for privacy and amazing cause I am a reality capture spatial data visualization nerd
@gregisenberg This needs to be talked about more, we need new ways to teach kids, perhaps AI native ways, but this depends on what happens to the AI bubble, does it last like the dotcom bubble or does it vanish like the Blockchain crypto bubble!
@ForrestPKnight@topher_atx I think treating AI like a talented/raw -skilled but ignorant junior dev and treating one's self like an EM is the way to go forward.
