2.民政机构会对被领养出去的儿童持续跟踪随访，发现问题会改进政策。比如去年停止了跨国收养，就是因为被外国领养的儿童失访率太高，无法���证安全。

2.会有对儿童照顾和抚养的担忧，另外美国有gay couple性虐待收养儿童的例子，加重了大众的忧虑。

@choischeri @J_Lingshan0909 我说的不是炫耀身份，是亮出身份，state your identity。我有友谊超过十年的LGBTQ朋友，也曾公开驳斥过建议同性恋者去看精神科的“友善”建议，但这依旧不是我的议题。如果某人不是我认识的朋友，而仅仅是同事或是网上的陌生人，那么我对他的身份认同和我对他的家庭纠纷的关心程度是一样的：关我屁事。
