⛳️ BIG NEWS: Pebble Creek Country Club in College Station has been sold to Florida-based Concert Golf Partners, a company that owns more than 40 private clubs across the country.

Pebble Creek is one of the region's most recognized private event venues and recreational destinations near Texas A&M.

A new owner with significant financial resources could mean continued investment in facilities, jobs, events, and amenities that attract residents, visitors, and business activity to Bryan-College Station.

The announcement also included donations to two local organizations that directly serve Brazos Valley families and children: The Bubba Moore Foundation and Radio MASH Toy Drive.

Fabled U.S. Open winner Francis Ouimet once called The Club at New Seabury the “Pebble Beach of the East.”

The 36-hole club on Cape Cod in Mashpee, Mass., purchased by @ConcertGolf what @GolfInc named the “No. 1 Deal” of 2025, features two oceanside William Mitchell designs (Ocean and Dunes) with nine total holes along the Nantucket Sound. The club is also home to a 14-acre golf practice facility, 42,000-square-foot clubhouse, 24 guest cottages/condos with stay & play opportunities, two beach clubs, 16 tennis courts, five restaurants, and more.
