@lufthansa Booking ref SCYIMG. I have been emailing since 31 Dec for compensations for over six hours of delayed flights, delayed baggage inbound and outbound and damaged suitcase, for my sons and I, all to no avail.I haven’t heard anything since I declined the 1st offer.
