@BeloRobe @KasiEconomy Bro, I rented out my Fleurhof apartment coz of chaos there, I have seen the Jabulani ones and honestly I do not see them as a smart buy, but we all have our own preferences kodwa I wouldn't spend over R600K for such in such an area and 41m² is smaller than my 43m² fleurhof one
