@HomeDepot Amazing to see the earnings report, especially after Home Depot continues to push back on us as customers and refusing to reimburse us appropriately for a return made within a 7 day window.

@vrbo Can you please outline your COVID-19 renter and homeowner cancellation policy for the world to see? What is your NPS currently? where does the end customer rank on your list of priorities? Is the company policy that the customer has NO say if we can get $$ back?

@HackswithHaggs Haggs I’m a huge fan and 10 year STH (310 Row 15!). After a great and no-controversy run for 19 years it’s disturbing to know how we are being treated by the Fan Relations team on our way out the door. I thought you could be a voice for us fans.
