@dave__whiteside @parents The apple pedialyte is the best flavour! Also check out hydralyte - they make a popsicle, dissolving tablets and a drink . Like pedialyte but tastes way better! Usually at the pharmacy counter. And like ofher have mentioned. Syringe, popsicles or frozen applesauce!

Here’s a hard reality that I’ve seen in all of our data this past year:

The number one reason people are leaving their jobs is to find new opportunities that are better suited to their well-being.

If organizations aren’t caring about their staff, their staff will leave. Period.

What is one of the most worrying employee well-being trends right now?

I'd say the fact that the people that are usually considered those hyper-reliable top performers are burning out too. They usually prop their teams up when times are tough, but now they're depleted too.
