@clongbaseball due to some space constraints we have to do front toss for part of our off-season hitting. Any tips to make that more difficult on the hitter?

(They're also hitting off a machine and doing bat speed drills. Just looking to improve the front toss portion.)

@DrivelineBB @frank_thetank2 Any chance we could get some specifics (weights/ reps)? My son is in 9th grade and has lowered his arm slot when pitching to sidearm. We've done the youth arm care routine for years.

@dustyallen5 In our area 13u LL is 50/70. Many of the better 12 year olds also play that field size.

I still wish they moved the majors division to 50/70 a few years ago rather than switching to USA bats. Or they could've just done both.
