@jhmoreno C3-1 I liked Mathematician of the month because it showcases student achievements and encourages everyone to become a mathematician.
C3-2 Social media has made an impact on my learning because I am able to share and gather ideas from other colleagues as we learn together.

#GPISDMathChat ch2q2 i think PD does offer good support with teacher knowledge but sometimes is overwhelming. I like how in the book they use classroom clips in PD to share a common language. I think that would be a reflective component for our teachers.

@GE66217270 I agree. And sometimes they have a lot of material to choose from but they end up using what they've used in the past because they feel comfortable, instead of exploring other resources.

#GPISDMathChat Ch. 2.Q1. CC does provide adequate resources to help teachers. I really like the new Spanish resources, the section on prior knowledge & distractor factor bc it guides the teacher to clear any misconceptions. But I also think it should be updated more often.
