Drs. Michelle Zeller and Sebastian Vuong spoke at Dalewood Middle School’s Grade 8 assembly for the CELLibrating Blood & the Body initiative, sharing why blood matters, how it’s made, the role of blood donation and the Canadian military in advancing transfusion medicine.

MCTR Investigator Dr. Mickey Zeller presented two sessions at the Hemo 2025 Conference Brazil. Her presentations focused on the 2025 AABB and ICTMG practice guidelines and her insight on the INTERCEPT pathogen inactivation system for platelets in Canada.
