Absolutely disappointed with my purchase and the fact that the only thing customer support says is "It's outside your warranty, there's nothing we can do to help" is insane.

Do not buy the @htcvive focus vision. It is not worth its $1500 price tag as a normal consumer. I've had nothing but issues with it, along with other friends who own the headset.

Don't forget it's a $1500 headset with a 1 month warranty on it. At least steam gives you a year.
