You're also wrong re decline after 2014. Vote share increased twice & it's only recently dropped after Sturgeon left, but is still well ahead of the rest.

Holyrood was set up to never have a majority party, but the SNP have been so dominant they once managed it.
After 19 years in Government, their vote has started to slip. Still well ahead of any other party.
To be fair, it's not a landslide though 😂

@Chris472600 @kirstyjmcneill No that was a Parliament election & people voted on various issues, independence wasn't that high on the list of priorities, only 3rd in the top 3 even for SNP voters.

Besides, one party getting 40% of the vote for 10+ years is crazy & only just dipping below it in 2026.

Perhaps a rethink on what is best for Scotland instead of petty comments is in order? Might get some more votes that way 🤔
