6th grade artists are finishing up their sails for The Ship of Tolerance and displaying them in the Mac hallway. Make sure you come see their great work outside the office before @KymBrunner ships them off to be displayed on The Ship of Tolerance. #d23mac@D23MacArthur@PHSD23
6th grade artists created mandala designs for their sails for the Ship of Tolerance. Today we gave and received peer feedback to help our sails convey our message of the celebration of diversity and acceptance. @D23MacArthur#d23mac@PHSD23
After learning about art in education all week through @n2yinc, students planned and created their art projects with melted crayons, yarn, and paint! Thank you so much @MacArtHendricks for creating these Amazing art projects with us! We love our time with you! @D23MacArthur
I accepted the challenge from @hsutter23 to post covers of 7 books I LOVE: no explanations, no review.
Each time I post a cover, I'll ask someone to take up the challenge. One cover a day for a week.
Mac artists are taking the Doodle for Google challenge. The theme is "What do you hope to see in the future?" We've received some amazing submissions and many students have chosen to submit to Google for their annual competition. #GoogleDoodle#d23mac@D23MacArthur@PHSD23

8th Grade artists created product designs last week. They presented their designs to the class and today we are investing our monopoly money in the products each student believes would be the best investment. @D23MacArthur@PHSD23#d23mac
Learning about Ancient Egypt in Social Studies is so interesting, we decided to bring it into the art room as well! 6th grade students are creating a sarcophagus from the scratch art they created, designing it with symbols of them and their interests.#d23mac@D23MacArthur@PHSD23
At first look you may think these are photos of cupcake wars in Ms. Lynn's @LynnFACS class, but in fact these are the beautiful, fun and delicious looking clay desserts from 6th grade artists. Don't blame us if you now need your sugar fix! #d23mac@D23MacArthur@PHSD23
