Open to the public: Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays - 10 am to 3pm. The Museum is located at 201 Edward St (MacArthur Chambers Apartments Hotel entrance).

On this day in 1945, the Japanese Empire formally surrendered to the Allies on the deck of USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay. General MacArthur accepted the surrender for the Allied powers & insisted on captured Generals Percivial (UK) & Wainwright (US) playing a visible role as well.
