The "longevity" movement seems a bit tone deaf nowadays. Let's focus on the "longevity" of our planet, the lives of our youth, the sustainability and protection of equity. "Living longer" seems trivial if there's no planet or community to live for.

As a USF alumni, I am appalled at the violent β bigoted β behavior exhibited by UNIVERSITY police against PEACEFUL protestors on USF Tampa campus. These students were properly exercising their first amendment rights. The police aggressively responded unprovoked. Physically and mentally harming a young β PETITE β student. I am so proud of those students for continuing to fight, use their voices, and stand up against brutality, bigotry, and outright dogmatic oppression. Use your voice. Be LOUD. Be BOLD. FIGHT fiercely for what is HUMAN. It has got to stop. It ends with us.
Rather than letting temporary emotions run the show, let's use your brain and body's powerhouse mechanisms to regulate your emotions and nervous system as a result!
