US lawmakers are pushing for stricter conditions on financial aid to Nigeria, proposing to withhold up to 50% of certain US assistance until Abuja meets specific benchmarks. The proposal, included in a US House Appropriations Committee funding bill, would place part of Nigeria’s foreign assistance on hold until Washington certifies that the government is taking effective steps to curb violence, support affected communities, hold perpetrators accountable, and facilitate the safe return of displaced people. The proposal does not specify an aid amount for Nigeria but applies to funds allocated under broader foreign assistance programmes. Lawmakers argue the move is meant to promote accountability and measurable progress. Nigerian authorities, however, maintain that the country’s security challenges are complex and driven by terrorism and communal conflict, not religious persecution.

Press Statement On The Judgement Delivered By Justice James Omotosho.Of the Federal High Court Abuja.
Today the 20th of November 2025, the Nigerian Judiciary has confirmed itself as the Temple of Injustice and oppression used to try and silence those who speak up for their people. The Judiciary has shown that it is a tool in the hand of the Nigeria establishment to continue the perpetuation of centuries old suppression of the voice of freedom for the Biafran people.
The Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra (the DOS) unequivocally reject the charade called trial and the judgement delivered today by the Justice James Omotosho led Federal High Court Abuja. Our rejection of todays judgement is borne out of the conviction that no one can build something on nothing. The numerous attempts by lawyers, non lawyers and commentators alike to find a legal justification for the continued persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the name of trial notwithstanding, His trial is ab initio Null and Void and has neither basis nor foundation.
History should have by now taught the Nigerian government to understand that the Biafran people will not be intimidated, cajoled of blackmailed out of our inalienable right to Self Determination. Its penchant to massacre Biafran youths at every given opportunity cannot halt our match to freedom. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was adjudged innocent and discharged by the Nigerian Court of Appeal of all charges, the Nigerian government should have obeyed that decision of the court thereby creating the enabling condition for a peaceful dialogue and referendum to determine our demand for an independent Biafran Nation but unfortunately Nigeria chose to commit genocide against the Biafran people.
The Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra shall in the coming days, weeks and months roll out actions that unambiguously repudiates today’s charade of a trial and judgement by Justice James Omotosho.
Signed
Mazi Chika Edoziem
Head of Directorate of State of the
Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)

Yesterday felt unbearably long for many of us. The silence both across social media and in the streets of cities around the world was louder than any spoken words. It was the kind of silence that reveals truth more boldly than noise ever could.
As expected, Injustice Omotosho delivered the familiar script, one we have come to recognize all too well. What was surprising, however, was how many eager hands rushed in to embellish that script, manufacturing new lies just to concoct a new name “international terrorist.” Laughable!
At this point, it is no secret: no genuinely civilised society takes the Nigerian government seriously. I’m certain you’ve seen that clearly by now.
Truly, madness is everywhere.
Yet through all this chaos, Nnamdi Kanu stands firm - an Iroko, unshaken and unmovable.
Many do not understand the depth of the human and spiritual forces that surround him. If they did, they would not be playing these dangerous games. In fact, if they understood even a fraction of it, they would be speaking not of labels or accusations but of the consequences their actions invite.
Even the British government understands the gravity of this matter. Before the Supreme Court judgment in December 2023, the BBC asked me a question loaded with implications. My response was simple: they could try and see for themselves what would follow.
This journey is bigger than the lies being spun, the fearmongering headlines and the desperate efforts to silence a voice that refuses to die.
And the world is watching, no matter how loudly anyone pretends otherwise.

President Trump just went nuclear on the ongoing m#ssacre of Christians in Nigeria, calling it “a g#nocide,” “a disgrace,” and vowing America will stop subsidizing a government that lets Islamic terrorists slaughter innocents “at will.”“
They're killing people by the thousands… it’s a genocide, and I’m really angry about it.”

One thing you need to understand is that most Nigerians are deflective by default.
You have to ask the question specifically over and over again.
'Inference ' seems to be an issue.
Why are they triggered by the religious category 'Christian'?
They are arguing that Muslims are also killed.
Christians and Muslims massacred, the point remains that innocent lives are being taken by terrorists!
While the men in power are protecting these terrorists and fraternizing with them!
The President is a Muslim
Vice President is a Muslim - who is amongst the founders of Boko Haram (the information is not hidden).
Foreign Minister is a Muslim too.....
Do the math!
Intersociety concludes that the pattern of killings, abductions, destruction of worship centers, and mass displacement shows no sign of abating. With jihadist networks expanding and government response faltering, the organization warns that Christian communities across Nigeria face an existential crisis with grave implications for the nation’s stability and human rights landscape.

As I stood waiting a few minutes to pick up my 9year old after school, one of the parents beside me started chatting about the early autumn darkness and the freezing cold. I wasn’t really cold myself honestly, I was just grateful it wasn't raining.
Then my little one walked out, greeted me politely, and waited for me to finish my conversation.
When I was done, he simply said,
“Alright mummy, come on now, let’s go.”
The tone caught me.
His tone was firm but gentle, confident but caring - A small command wrapped in tenderness.
The way he said it… precise, focused.
And I just obeyed, following him like I was the child.
And in that moment, I thought:
This is leadership.
Authentic. Balanced. Human.
Teach your male children what real leadership looks like and pay attention to how they practice it in their everyday interactions.
If we raise boys to lead with empathy, clarity, respect, and responsibility,
the world will shift, slowly but surely.
Stop teaching them that leadership begins and ends with providing money.
That’s a fraction of the picture. A narrow, incomplete definition
that ignores the emotional intelligence, communication, self-control, and compassion that form the backbone of holistic, effective leadership.
Raise whole 'proper' men, not half-formed versions of what society told them to be.
The world needs leaders, not wallets!
Happy International Men’s Day!

A Mother's Appeal for Justice and Freedom: A Call to the World
My name is Uchechi Okwu-Kanu, and I speak as a woman who is exhausted, yet still standing; tired, yet still moving; wounded, yet still hopeful. I speak as a mother, and a wife whose heart has been heavy for far too long.
I am calling on the President of the United States to act swiftly to help protect Christians in Nigeria who are living in fear and facing violence simply for their faith. Their suffering cannot continue in silence and their cries must be heard.
I also reach out to influential women whose voices carry compassion, strength, and global influence:
Melania Trump, Usha Vance, the likes of @Erika Kirk, Oprah Winfrey, and Michelle Obama..
I ask you, from one woman to another, to help amplify this message. Please help me speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Most personally, I ask for your voices and support to help bring my husband, #NnamdiKanu, home. He has been held in detention under circumstances that violate due process, including being kidnapped in Kenya, tortured and extraordinaryly rendition to Nigeria by the kidnap Kingpin late Buhari - facing trial under a law that has already been repealed. His continued detention is unjust, unlawful, and deeply painful for our family.
I am only one woman, but I refuse to stop fighting for justice truth, and for my husband’s freedom. I ask the world , especially those with influence and compassion, to stand with me, to speak with me, and to help bring him safely home.

Injustice Omotosho is on a mission.
Whatever happens today, is a determinant of subsequent activities.
Mazi #NnamdiKanu was discharged and acquitted but the Nigerian government kept him still and went to the Supreme Court because they want a crooked outcome.
We want justice too
Hence, will continue to fight.

EASILY DIGESTIBLE BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WENT WRONG WITH JUSTICE OMOTOSHO’S JUDGMENT
20.11.2025
Here is the plain-English version of why the judgment is illegal, biased, and useless in law.
1. HE REFUSED TO FIRST DECIDE WHETHER HE EVEN HAD POWER TO TRY THE CASE
Before any court can try a criminal case, it must first answer one question:
👉 Do we have the right (jurisdiction) to hear this case?
Kanu challenged the court’s right to try him.
Instead of ruling on it, the judge dodged the issue and pushed it aside.
A court cannot ignore jurisdiction.
If jurisdiction is in doubt, everything done afterwards is worthless.
Omotosho knew this, yet he refused to address it.
2. HE TOLD KANU TO PUT ALL OBJECTIONS IN A FINAL ADDRESS - THEN BLOCKED THE FINAL ADDRESS
This is outright trickery.
In the excerpt you provided, the judge told Kanu:
“Don’t raise jurisdiction now. Put it in your final written address.”
But later:
❌ He blocked the filing of final addresses.
❌ He went ahead to give judgment without hearing those objections.
It’s like telling a defendant:
“Speak later.”
And when “later” comes:
“Oh sorry, you can’t speak anymore.”
This is denial of fair hearing in its purest form.
3. HE REFUSED TO ISSUE WRITTEN RULINGS ON SERIOUS APPLICATIONS
Nigerian law is very clear:
👉 Judges must give written reasons for their decisions.
Kanu filed several applications on important issues, such as:
Illegal rendition
Repealed laws
Abuse of court process
Double criminality
Invalid charges
The judge refused to write any ruling on them.
This alone makes the judgment illegal.
4. HE FORCED KANU TO TAKE A PLEA UNDER A REPEALED LAW
The charges brought against Kanu were based on a law that no longer exists (the old Terrorism Act of 2013).
The new 2022 Act replaced it.
The judge knew the old law was dead; refused to acknowledge the repeal
Forced Kanu to plead under the dead law anyway
This is like charging someone under a law that has been thrown in the dustbin.
Illegal. Void.
5. HE IGNORED THE CONSTITUTION’S REQUIREMENT THAT NO ONE CAN BE CONVICTED UNDER AN “UNWRITTEN” OR UNKNOWN OFFENCE
Nigeria’s Constitution says:
👉 You cannot be punished for an offence that is not written down in a valid law.
But the judge:
Used allegations not in the charge
Used “facts” not presented in court
Used accusations that no witness ever mentioned
For example, he claimed Kanu planned to bomb the British and US embassies during EndSARS.
This is pure fiction.
Nobody in court ever said this.
It existed only in the judge’s mind.
A judge is not allowed to invent evidence.
6. HE PUT A “SAVINGS CLAUSE” ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION
He relied on a section of the new terrorism law that says “old cases continue”.
But here is the truth:
👉 A savings clause cannot override the Constitution.
👉 A repealed law remains repealed.
👉 You cannot continue a case under a law that is no longer valid.
The judge put the Act above the Constitution.
No court is allowed to do that.
7. HE AVOIDED THE ISSUE OF “DOUBLE CRIMINALITY” EVEN THOUGH IT IS ESSENTIAL
Since the government claimed Kanu committed crimes in Kenya, the law requires the court to first check:
“Is this thing a crime in Kenya?”
“Did Kenya provide evidence?”
The answer is:
❌ No evidence from Kenya
❌ No Kenyan police report
❌ No Kenyan witness
❌ Nothing
The judge ran away from this issue completely.
This means the court had no power to try Kanu on those allegations.
8. HIS JUDGMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY USELESS BECAUSE HE DENIED FAIR HEARING
The law is very simple:
👉 If a judge refuses to let you raise your objections
👉 Or refuses to let you address the court
👉 Everything he does afterward is null and void
It’s as if the trial never happened.
9. HE ADDED FALSE STORIES ABOUT BOMBING US/UK MISSIONS - STORIES THAT NEVER CAME FROM ANY EVIDENCE
This is shocking.
He inserted a narrative about bombing foreign embassies:
Not charged
Not alleged
Not testified to

US Congress in Washington Today discussing the life Imprisonment of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as the continued persecution of Christians in Nigeria.
“Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a clear Example. In 2022, Nigeria’s court of Appeal shut down the charges against him and ordered his release…yet he remained in solitary confinement and deteriorating health and recently had to defend himself in court.”
The woman on this picture was ex*cuted with her children, on that day she pleaded with the Isl@mic Terrorists to take her life and spare the life of her children but they refused instead they filmed as they slaughtered her children right in her presence before executing her.
This happened in Sudan. Another country where Islamic Terrorists are on the rampage.
I am making this post as a reminder to Nigerian Christians mostly....If you like continue playing politics with reality . These people are beast and Nigerian government don't want to accept the fact that they slaughtering Christians. If you don't raise your voice they will come for you when northern Christians are defeated.
