@AirFranceKLM Issues on a flight in MAY that we tried to resolve IMMEDIATELY. We replied to ALL emails. Now I find out the case is closed? And I can't even speak to a HUMAN about this?!? I'd prefer not to conduct business via social media. Please provide a PHONE NUMBER to call.
