@hollyanndoan@CDIC_CA@CdnBankers Maybe they should try paying closer to prime and raise rates closer to actual inflation, for a savings account if they lack deposits to buy the "low risk bonds". This smells like a debt crisis.
@Hyperbolob@CDNprojections Act like grownups, take responsibility for the country as they were entrusted with control. Get the best deal you possibly can and don't put the country in a big enough deficit that we possibly default on debt due to lack of capital inflow causing a loss of social programs
@MapleMoneyMgr@jimcsek Oh the correlation died 15 years ago as regulation got poured on it broke further. CAD is more correlated to a CUSMA agreement than oil.
@AdamskiPeter@BradWall306 Well if it doesn't happen, it'll be due to debt default attempting to give everything and anything to anyone without running a balanced budget. 1929 here we come
@hollyanndoan@FinanceCanada@FPChampagne There's a dam ocean between here and Lebanon, unless Canadian farmers are completely incompetent and over regulated they should be able to out produce the worthless Lebanese labor cost

Friend of mine's wife works at Canadian consulate, this is about as good as it gets. My wife's boss came from Merida, he says quality of care in the Mexican private system delivers best bang for buck in North America. I haven't used them yet.
@RebelNewsOnline At this point, if the uni party can't be recognized we are headed for a complete default on all social programs and grandma and grandpa will be with the kids. But the Lebanese downhill ski team will have $4 million gender neutral bathrooms.
@ryannewton02@RebelNewsOnline A border to the park will do. Whether Ottawa wants to be reasonable and offer an open border policy or not is their choice. Presumably, Albertans own a portion of national parks in other provinces as do Canadians in Alberta, so there's room to negotiate.
