@elliecampbbell I’m not sure this will help but maybe make a schedule for yourself that way you don’t have time to sit and think. Make breakfast, organize your closet, clean your house, do a nice face mask, FaceTime people, maybe workout if you’re feeling it. Hopefully this helps! ☺️
