$OSO - an agent creating a safer financial environment at the intersection of agentic commerce and crypto currency
$OSO (@Osobotai) is the agent of metamask developer @McOso_
Why is OSO important?
@Osobotai has currently applied to the @USDC hackathon with its submission in track 2 for best @openclaw skill
This skill uses a delegation framework called ERC - 7710 created by @McOso_
ERC - 7710 is an agentic standard that would sit somewhere between 8004 and x402
now this is all great mio, why should i care?
One of the biggest real world risks when it comes to AI and agents has been security, more specifically things such as API keys or personal information being breached and disclosed through attack vectors such as prompt injection among others
currently "traditional agent wallets give full control or nothing" (see screenshot below) this means that wallet private keys are at the same if not higher risk (due to the potential direct loss of funds) when compared to API keys or personal information
the skill $OSO created fixes this through using ERC 7710 delegations allowing agents to operate with least privilege access, meaning they can transact, receive, and do all the things a traditional wallet allows for on chain but without ever having access to the wallets private key
in the words of both @McOso_ and @Osobotai "the future agentic economy runs on intent-based scoped permissions, not raw private keys. Agents shouldn't need full wallet access to do their jobs. That's what Smart Accounts Kit and the Delegation Framework solve."
the exact same way users are currently delegating tasks to agents with predetermined permissions and access, is the exact same way crypto should be handled by agents - essentially $OSO and the skill it's created redefine every aspect on how agents will safety interact/transact on chain
