🇪🇺 The EU just passed Chat Control 1.0 in Brussels.

Platforms can now scan your private messages again, officially "voluntary," in practice blanket surveillance.

Here's the democratic scandal: 314 MEPs voted against it. Only 276 voted for it.

It passed anyway... because an absolute majority of all MEPs was required to reject it, not just a majority of those present.

More people voted no than yes. It still passed.

Pushed through on an urgent procedure just before summer recess, when absences are highest and attention is lowest.

This is how rights disappear folks. Not in one dramatic moment, but in procedural fine print, on a slow news day, while everyone's looking at Tehran.

Today I spoke against the urgency motion on ChatControl.

Although the European Parliament already rejected ChatControl in March, they are now using procedural tricks to drag this dead surveillance project back onto the agenda.

Together with the entire AfD delegation, I voted against extending the so-called “voluntary” chat control.

ChatControl is mass surveillance. And we will keep fighting it.

Nach 2 Jahren und 4 Monaten war es endlich soweit. Das Finanzgericht Rheinland-Pfalz hat nach vielen Schikanen, Wartezeiten und Verfahrensrügen endlich ein Urteil gefällt, ob meinen 4 Kindern das gleiche Anrecht auf Kindergeld aus Ihrer Heimat zusteht, wie zehntausenden polnischen, rumänischen, türkischen oder ukrainischen Kindern, die sich ebenfalls im Ausland befinden.

Das Urteil lautete, meine Klage gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland respektive die Familienkasse wurde abgewiesen und ca. 30.000€ die unseren Kindern und uns als Familie zustehen sollten, werden einbehalten sowie natürlich sämtliche weiteren Zahlungen.
