@HeyHelmar Yeah. It has some basic Chinese seasonings, stuff that I would add regardless — garlic, ginger, chicken stock, scallions. But then I add other ingredients depending on what I feel like having. It’s pretty versatile.

@HeyHelmar Then you can add some chicken stock and ginger, garlic and scallions, salt & pepper.

Actually a very good way to get over many illnesses is to eat a very plain 粥 that has a good amount of ginger in it. It’s easy to digest and the ginger helps fortify you.
