“Only the disputed amount may be frozen, not the entire bank account balance.”

Thus, your bank’s action of placing a full debit freeze on my account violates High Court orders, the BNSS, and RBI guidelines.

I’ve received no response from the bank after repeated follow-ups. Shockingly, I now hear it was “forwarded to branch” — even though all proofs were emailed.
