"Africa is our heaven because that is where we come from." Jerusalem and Saudi Arabia are not the spiritual homes of African people. Africa is our spiritual home. We are Africans.
The Mau Mau weren’t ‘savages’ or ‘terrorists’ like Britain claimed. They were Kenyans pushed to the edge by land theft, forced labor, and colonial violence. When people have nothing left to lose, resistance gets labeled as madness instead of survival.

Alcohol brings people together; religion tears them apart.
For decades, these sanctimonious, self-righteous puritans and holier-than-thou religious zealots have relentlessly demonized alcohol, preaching endlessly about its supposed evils and dangers.
Yet the evidence points squarely in the opposite direction: a cold beer or a shared drink fosters camaraderie, laughter and genuine human connection far more effectively than any sermon.
Ironically, both alcohol and organized religion were force-fed to us by the same colonial masters @UKinKenya .
So if anyone is clutching pearls over Kenyans enjoying a drink, unwinding, and actually having fun - kindly take it up with management.
