Justin Montney’s fiancée died before their wedding. When he asked their videographer for his $1,800 back, the company built a website in his name to attack him.

Then it posted on their wedding day.

Alexis Wyatt, 22, died in a Colorado car crash in February 2020, three months before the ceremony.

The company refused to refund the deposit, citing their nonrefundable contract.

Montney acknowledged the terms but asked them to reconsider.

After he spoke to local news and negative reviews poured in, the company launched a website publishing their exchanges, and claimed his deposit had paid to keep it online for two years.

On May 23, the day he should have married Alexis, it posted a photo of the couple alongside this message:

“We hope you sob and cry all day for what would have been your wedding day.”

“Sorry, not sorry.”

A 55-year-old man was killed in Keralam's Kochi when a luxury car, allegedly driven by the 17-year-old son of a judge, hit his scooter in the early hours of Sunday.

The car, a Mercedes Benz, was found to be registered under the judicial officer's name. The incident took place early morning, between 2 am and 3 am.

Another fatal luxury car crash that killed a scooterist in Kerala by a 17 year old, son of District Judge ⚠️

Victim's Niece was told,
"Don't teach me law, you have no rights to question me" - Minor's father(additional district judge)

"Don't overreact and get emotionally driven, he is just a 17 year old kid" - Kerala Police

The accident occurred at around 2:20 AM to 3:00 AM at Cheranalloor in Kochi. A speeding luxury Mercedes-Benz car, registered under the name of the additional judge, rammed into a scooter from behind. The scooter rider, 55-year-old Jayabalakrishnan of Manjali, was killed. He was a local street vendor returning home after closing his wayside eatery (thattukada) near a temple in Chittoor.

The 17-year-old minor, who does not possess a driving license, reportedly took the car out for a night drive. He was speeding at 100km/hr while the crash occured as per reports. The victim's niece JAYALAKSHMI claims that the accused was not shown to them at the police station and Kerala police insisted them to not get emotionally driven by this incident as if this isn't a big loss at all. The father of the 17 year old accused who is a district court judge spoke rudely at the police station asking them not to teach him law as per Jayalakshmi's claim.

The central issue is the loss of a human life. Jayabalakrishnan's family has suffered an irreversible loss, and the circumstances surrounding his death must be investigated thoroughly. The victim and his family deserve justice, while the investigation and any subsequent legal proceedings must establish responsibility on the basis of evidence rather than influence, status or public speculation.

Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar, who made national headlines for awarding 23 death sentences in 11 cases between April and Sept this year in Muzaffarnagar and 13 in Bareilly, has been transferred from fast track court to family court, according to a judicial transfer order. He will now take charge as additional principal judge of the family court in Muzaffarnagar.
