AI leverage in practice.

Researching problems, building small products, and sharing what ships.

[Maciker @macikerdev]

before I ship a page I paste the URL and let it run a pass: load, links, navigation, forms, mobile, console, basic SEO.

it comes back with issues sorted by severity, each one with a fix. no dashboard to learn.

this is a live run on https://t.co/gXoLmRfeNW

[Maciker @macikerdev]

@TekonBurns Thanks!

[Maciker @macikerdev]

I built a Grok bot that reviews my pull requests for security.

It runs Semgrep and Trivy on the before and after, and only blames the PR for what the PR actually added.

First real run on my site: PASS.

Zero new issues.

But it also flagged a critical advisory in a dependency that was already there.

Fixing that next.

@chriscompiles Good strategy!

A thank-you reply got 572 impressions. My Ship 30 Day 5 post got 3.

Day 11: Most bad agent PRs start with a prompt that's too big. One small task, clear acceptance criteria, tests first.

What's the biggest task you'd hand an agent in one go?

[Maciker @macikerdev]

Am I the only one whose real coding hours start after the kids are asleep?

[Maciker @macikerdev]

@heyshrutimishra @typefully Thanks @heyshrutimishra

[Maciker @macikerdev]

Someone is using @typefully ?

Worth it?

[Maciker @macikerdev]

Need to rest.

Grok bot have a night mission.

Will see tomorrow the results.

[Maciker @macikerdev]

Feel like mixing some great Open source products with Grok Bot is a great mix.

Started with: semgrep and trivy

[Maciker @macikerdev]

Language is everything right now:

[Emil Kowalski @emilkowalski]

Using the right words can drastically improve the results you get from your agents, which is why I built a vocabulary of 244 terms for https://t.co/ItfxHzSjMc.

If a term is used in a lesson, it gets a dotted underline. You can hover to see its definition or click to see a demo.

@SuiBuilds Great tip!

Eager to start!

[Matt Pocock @mattpocockuk]

I've just finished filming the most ambitious course of my career.

It starts November 9th, and runs for 2 weeks.

It's everything you need to build your company's software factory.

Everyone's talking about how to go FASTER with agents.

That's really, really easy. Loops, YOLO mode, dark factory.

That's a recipe for a slop cannon. No serious organisation is going to trust a factory like that.

So, you need to slow down to speed up.

What's the first pedal your driving instructor showed you? Not the accelerator.

Once you put the brakes on your agent - to constrain it and increase its output quality - you can start to trust it.

The best brakes? Good ol' software fundamentals. Here's what we cover:

- Automated Review
- Codebase Design
- DDD & Ubiquitous Language
- Mutation Testing
- Feedback Loops

From there, the course accelerates. We show you a working factory and build your system design skills. We even plan your infra with you.

You'll walk out with a software factory spec, ready to hand to an agent.

And you won't be learning alone. You'll have a massive community with you, learning along.

We actually opened sales on Monday. It's already on track to be BY FAR the biggest course of my career.

@subashtc Done!

[Maciker @macikerdev]

My X account is 52 days old. 208 followers.

Most of them came in the last 3 days: +84, +60, +29.

My Grok bots built this page from my real numbers.

Goal: 5,000 by march.

Too ambitious?

[Maciker @macikerdev]

@acadictive Happy to connect!
