How in the world is this acceptable? On hold to try and speak to an agent , then when or if they do answer the line magically disconnects
Please, don’t talk to me like I’m stupid and give me lame old lines .. it’s an issue all over the place even in my home in London Ontario .
I STATED that I called about the issue and they said it was a network settings issue that they fixed… apparently you didn’t read the issue when I was asked what the problem was 😡… still on hold by the way 1hour 46 minutes and counting

Would you PLEASE hire more people to answer customer “ service “ lines??? 3 freaking days of trying to reach an operator, not sure why you guys think we have hours to wait on hold to speak a person , absolutely the worst company I deal with
