The only people who think CK was shot with a 30-06 round are those who have no familiarity with a 30-06 rifle. No human spine stops that level of kinetic energy, and the angle of incidence of the alleged shot wasn't even close to steep enough to cause the bullet to divert inside the spine. Shana Gaviola, a single mother of three, refused to affirm her teenage son’s desire to transition. She says his California school began helping him socially transition without her consent, brought in a “transition person,” and then SHUT HER OUT, withholding information about serious behavioral issues.

In 2021, after her son obtained a restraining order, Gaviola arranged for him to be taken to a structured Christian boarding school in Missouri. She was federally prosecuted, convicted in December 2025 of interstate violation of that protective order, and sentenced to 36 months.

She reports to prison Monday.
And today? Her son is 21 and NEVER transitioned.

Five years ago today, Patty Corrigan Myers drove her husband Tony to the hospital.

An alleged illegal immigrant SMASHED THROUGH A CLOSET WALL and ATTACKED a 15-year-old girl who was babysitting...

...grabbing her by the hair, BEAT HER, and threatened to r*pe her, while two little kids, ages 5 and 7, watched in TERROR... BUT SHE FOUGHT HIM OFF!!!!!

Police say a 15-year-old girl was doing nothing but babysitting two young children, ages 5 and 7, in her apartment.

On the other side of her CLOSET WALL was a 29-year-old man named Obed Reyes.

Police say he PUNCHED A HOLE THROUGH THE DRYWALL, climbed into her apartment, grabbed her by the hair, punched her, and threatened to R*PE her.

All while two babies watched it happen.

This girl never gave up.

She FOUGHT BACK. She fought him off, broke free, and ran into the breezeway screaming for help.

Neighbors heard her and called 911 and began helping her.

Officers got there FAST, and they caught the attack still in progress. They pulled him off her and arrested him on the spot.

Police say Reyes lived in the same complex but didn't even know this girl. She was a stranger to him.

He's now charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, burglary, and cruelty to children. Jail records show federal authorities have placed on ICE detainer on him.

He's also labelled as a WHITE OR CAUCASIAN MALE in the arrest records.

That little girl is a warrior. And she saved herself.

GOD BLESS her, the neighbors who helped, and the officers who got there in time.
