@Tim_Banks I have laying hens and track costs. Feed, grit, oyster shells and bedding alone come to $2.50 to $3.00 per dozen - sometimes more, depending on how many barnyard friends are "sharing" the food. 99 cents is a loss leader.
Very disappointed with @amazon over an apparent gift card fraud issue. Reached out to support twice and provided photographic evidence, and twice received a canned no-value response within minutes suggesting that they "researched" the matter. Right!! #caveatemptor@CBCPEI
@AmazonHelp #4 I understand your concern regards to the gift card. Please don't worry, I'll check and help you.
I've researched your Amazon Gift Card and found that it may have been used by someone other than the intended recipient.
I would have love to help you with ...
@AmazonHelp #4 cont'd ... the refund for this gift card, however, I'm afraid, we do not get the option here if the gift cards are redeemed once. I'm sorry for any disappointment.
More information on viewing and using redeemed gift card funds can be found on our Help pages:
@AmazonHelp #3 I've researched your https://t.co/24mtOWjeHk Gift Card order and found that it may have been used by someone other than the intended recipient.
I'm not able to resend the gift card or refund the order.
I'm sorry for any disappointment.
We hope to see you again.
@AmazonHelp #2 I've researched your https://t.co/24mtOWjeHk Gift Card order and found that it may have been used by someone other than the intended recipient(s). I'm not able to resend the gift card(s) or refund the order.
I'm sorry for any disappointment. We hope to see you again.
@AmazonHelp I've now received the same "canned" reply 4 times, each demonstrating that they're not even reading my messages. I've been a happy Amazon customers for years, but I'm very disappointed that I don't deserve the dignity of a personal response, despite placing 70-80 orders per year
@AmazonHelp I did some of my own research into the matter, and found that it's a known fraudulent strategy where scammers discretely obtain claim code from card and return to store. Once purchased and activated, they redeem before you know what happened.
@AmazonHelp ... Sent second very detailed email to escalation team with detailed photos, insisting that I'm looking for more information, not a refund. Again, received nearly identical canned "sorry" response, again stating they can't refund ... with no answers to any of my questions.
@AmazonHelp Tried to redeem a gift card my wife had received at Christmas. Despite no evidence of tampering on grey sticker, the card had already been redeemed by someone else. Called support, sent photo, and they escalated. Within 2 minutes, received canned "well ... sorry" reply. (con't)
@atrupar I can think of many on both sides of the aisle that I wouldn't trust to help with my family budget. They're surely not competent, moral or trustworthy enough to have any say whatsoever in the debt ceiling. Decisions would be made based on the political points available.
@DaleNally_AB Red Tape Reduction ... Instead, we'll watch you closely, and if you do something that we subjectively feel is wrong, we'll slap you with a very large fine and/or jail time. Um .. Ok.
@cbcfifth BYU isn't limited to its campuses. I'm pretty sure https://t.co/dqQ7hd7t8o, https://t.co/0Kjecav1gW, and https://t.co/hZnLoVgXiS, are funded through BYU. Thousands of Canadian students participate in those programs annually, in addition to the 150 or so at Provo each year.
