makes me sad in a completely different way. I still picture her as that little girl at Oakwood, so happy and energetic and fun to be around. I hate knowing how much life ended up putting her through.
We’re from Massachusetts, and when my sister got her double lung transplant in LA in 2001, I had to stay behind to finish the school year. She was living at the Oakwood Apartments while she recovered, and Hayden Panettiere happened to be living there while filming Ally McBeal.
We hung out, went to see The Lion King together, and she just felt like another kid we were spending the summer with. My sister passed away in 2012, so those memories obviously mean even more to me now. And knowing everything Hayden went through in the years after that summer

BOSTON HAS BEEN UNSTOPPABLE 🤯
The Red Sox were 15.5 games behind the Yankees in the standings on June 24, before going on a run that includes a 27-3 record in their last 30 games to tie New York for second in the AL East 😤
