@WestJet I am travelling to Cuba in April and I am enquiring about the Cuban travel card needed to enter. Is this something westjet provide on the flight or has this to be sourced before the flight? I cannot get an answer anywhere and have had no response in DM or messenger.

@airtransat I am just wondering what the turnaround time on emails are? I am waiting for my travel voucher to be reinstated after providing the documentation requested by the customer service team. I would like to book flights soon as I have been trying since last week 🙂

@AirCanada Is there a guide as to how much you pay per kilo of being overweight for luggage? Alternatively, is there a way of upgrading from a 23kg to a 32kg bag when checking in without adding an additional bag and what are the additional costs with this? Thanks 😊

@AerLingus can you help me with relation to my refund please? Case 5843835. I received some of my refund - flight was paid in 3 parts. Deposit and payment of original flight was refunded. I then changed my flight date but the remainder hasn’t been refunded. Thanks 😊

@AerLingus I’m due to fly back to Ireland on December 14th from Toronto. On your website it now states that no flights are scheduled for this date but I have not received any email. Can you please confirm if this flight is cancelled so I can get started on the refund process?
