I get panic/anxiety attacks. Rarely, but it happens. I try hard to not let my kids see/hear it. So far so good. Had a bad one today - the divorce was rough & we’re not exactly friends, but my ex distracted my kid while I battled it out on my bedroom floor. #MentalHealthMatters

I just wrote 1,261 words. It’s been so long that I’ve been able to sit down and do this, I was sure my writing muscles have atrophied. Turns out they are a little stale - but I remember that I can do this! It was painful - not physically, but emotionally. #WritingCommunity
