@mackline_ko leads @VitalcareC, a social enterprise tackling maternal and infant mortality in rural Uganda.

For too long, these deaths have been just statistics. @mackline_ko isn’t waiting for policy changes and government interventions. She’s fixing the problem now.

Her team runs mobile clinics, bringing prenatal and postnatal care, nutritional support, and birth kits to mothers who would otherwise go without.

She’s making sure that no woman has to choose between giving birth and staying alive.

The event is scheduled to take place on 30th November as we equally contribute to the 16 Days of Activism

Theme Breaking Barriers Against teenage pregnancy through health education in Rugaga Keihangara Ibanda.

We shall also distribute safety birth kits to expectant mothers, offer nutrituion and dietry education, conversations on maternal health as well as offer counselling and interactive sessions on general wellness and wellbeing.
