I know I'm not a big name but individual creators' rights matter. I can't spend my energy on worries and woes so while I'll be around until the final hour, I can't share my work here anymore.

@desertcucco I'm not a lawyer but there are changes to the ToS that imply they can use your content for any purpose and then grant those rights to others without consent. It mostly talks about training AI but it's so excessively broad that it's just untenable. It's why I'm finally done here.

@krankercell The website keeps going down for me, I think they're very overloaded. You should be able to find my profile if you type out my profile's name in the address bar. Thanks for checking!
Getting started with #godot shaders is so easy! Here's a real simple and fun one I use on a ReferenceRect in my editor scripts. Shaders like this help me when I'm building out levels and want to mark an area as special so that I can easily find and remember it. #indiedev
@oxeron Sometimes I swap the root nodes around to try and eliminate the extra config step. But other times you can't avoid it... if the Door is a component of the Portal it needs set up at some point... So adding the same parameter to the portal scene avoids edit children nicely!
Doors, stairs, gameboy-style fading transitions and some particle effects! Also a sneaky look at the new bow entity! I did a tonne of sound design for this one lol. #gamedev
@krankercell Heya, thanks! It's a currently untitled zelda-inspired game that I'm making. I'm sharing bits of the mechanics and development as I go, hopefully I'll share more of the narrative side soon.
@DreamMixGames@GameMakerEngine The Jummbox recommendation has been such great fun, thanks! I still have a ways to go before I make decent music with it... but I'm loving it for sound design! The door open/close sounds are some of the newest sfx I've made with it! What a tool!
