@visrane Superb...we need that impetus for hinterland tourism and economic benefits to the folks in the hinterlands.. something that they have missed out this far.
Delighted to note that GTDC @TourismGoa has stationed guards at St Estevam fort (and the other sights too). The guards/housekeeping maintain a strict vigil and cleanliness and is a noticeable difference. Kudos @RohanKhaunte
Loafing around the Latin Quarters - Fontainhas hosts a natural spring right in the midst of Goa's capital. And deep inside the 50 mtr tunnel, locals perform ladainha (litany) even today! Once a marshy swamp, today it is the charming vintage-world locality.
