@SadiqMaunde God bless you bro. I so pained wen I see Nigerians wearing a full jacket of 'bigotry'. It has never helped and it will never help us. Apart 4rm d insensitivity of our leaders, bigotry n tribalism have contributed to our underdevelopment.
@Jack_ng01 Am sad that it is the SEDC dat has to be dragged out there. What about the SSDC n dat of other regions? SEDC was just set up. They should allow it breathe B4 firing

@OgaNlaMedia Bro.... Try attend one party primary... E go clear. Even the delegates dint care what u have upstairs or ur plans for the country. Na how much u wan give dem. So no way!
This app is becoming disgusting with posts bordering bigotry and ethnicity. If Nigerians hate themselves this much why not work towards a regional govt the way our founding fathers worked towards Independence..... The hatred is just too much!
Behold, Our New Deputy Governor, Dr. Peter Pereotubo Akpe Is Here!
Today marks a historic moment in the political journey of our dear state, with the swearing-in of Dr. Peter Pereotubo Akpe as our new Deputy Governor, following the demise of Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, the immediate past Deputy Governor, last December.
While I took my time to make a replacement for Senator Ewhrudjakpo, the choice of the Chief of Staff, Government House, Dr. Akpe, was guided by the need for continuity, competence, commitment, character and the fear of God.
I feel very happy to observe that the nomination and subsequent inauguration of Dr. Akpe, has enjoyed
wide acceptance, reflecting that we have prayerfully made a good choice of a man with distinguished academic excellence and tested administrative acumen.
Once again, congratulations to the new Deputy Governor, and I urge him to serve with loyalty and an abiding sense of responsibility for the greater good of Bayelsa State.
Let me appreciate Mr. Speaker, Rt. Hon. Abraham Ingobere and members of the State House of Assembly for your timely approval of the nomination and also the Chief Judge of the State, Honourable Justice Matilda Abrakasa Ayemieye, for administering the oath of office and allegiance on Dr. Akpe.
I also congratulate and welcome the newly sworn-in Commissioner for the Ministry of Women, Children Affairs, Empowerment and Social Development, Mrs. Joanna Gigi and the eighteen new Permanent Secretaries as active players in the Government of Assured Prosperity.
While I call for the continued support of our people for the current administration, my team and I have resolved to make a difference in governance through legacy projects and programmes across the state.
@odunayelabowo@firstladyship Mention one governor or even a president that went round to monitor elections.... You don't even know it's unconditional. You are here quoting constitution that you don't know. Make una try dey read book. E go help una. If I deed he went round on election day, then he goofed
@_Kamor It is saddening when all you see is emotional and clueless thinking and comments.. People don't even know their opinions are wack, and will remain mere opinions not facts
@nne2love@_Kamor What has the actual winner done for his people that made them vote for him? Maybe he paid his way to win. Let him provide for them na.. sometimes let's think deep without emotions
@Malc_OE@NigeriaStories When one easily call others 'fools' instead of thinking deep to know the possible reactions to certain issues, then it is easy to know who the real fool is.
@BalogunKakanfo1 I keep wondering if some persons really studied while in school.... An adult who finished university years back will come and post rubbish.... Na wa o
