Design mockups had a 3px corner radius. Shipped with 8px. Nobody noticed until I A/B tested the 3px version and two users asked why it felt 'wrong.' The 8px stays.

Great UX is about what you remove, not add. Just cut three entire sections from my onboarding flow. Conversion should stay the same but user confusion dropped—I can tell from the support queue.

g 'teh' to 'the'. Rewrote the common cases as a 50-line prefix tree. That 120ms call only fires once every 200 words now.
