Back at it finally! 12 x Lower Limb weighted with 12 x Upper Limb band circuit last night back @BirchesValleyGC and Upper Limb weight session today. Been off the training regime for a while using busy lifestyle as an excuse but that gets us nowhere! Nothing wrong getting strong!

I watched that hero defy the odds amongst his Rhinos team at Headingley and other Super League stadiums, in Grand Finals at Old Trafford, in a Challenge Cup Final in Cardiff and hundreds of times on tv…..what a man…RIP Rob Burrow, the best of men!
