@zacksimons Totally agree on your view on Class E. Have a rightfully baffled client asking why he has to apply to vary a condition to allow a food retailer into a unit, when said retailer could set up shop in an old B1 unit next door totally unencumbered.

@PINSgov Spoke to you CS team this AM and was told there was a problem. Not looking at a specific case, but recent decisions in a given LPA through the search portal. This is still not working. Any idea when it will be up and running?
