Jordan never made a treaty over the land they held after the 1948 cease fire. They didn't try to develop the place or make any move to set up an independent state there either. After that the representatives of the displaced muslims who have lost every war they ever started with Israel rejected every offer of peace so without subsequent treaties to supersede them the borders & land revert to the last legal division ie:- when the British divided their Mandate into Israel & Trans Jordan. It's all Israel.
