@jkbeerock @British_Airways The point blank refused to get a hotel or another flight. I explained by law they have to rebook even on another airline and they said nope. I have booked elal flight now and have put in a claim with BA.
They did offer to refund the flight, but that wouldn’t cover new ones.

@British_Airways flight back from telaviv cancelled. Spoke to customer services who point blank refused to book me on the Elal flight. Didn’t offer me a hotel, just said file a complaint. Awful.
I’ve booked myself a flight on Elal to come back the following day. Hope Ba Pay.

@raelbrav I hope so, but it seems like a bad deal to me. Hamas on their needs have no room to demand. Only releasing 33 hostages and Israel has to release 1000 terrorists. At least some of the hostages will be home soon.
