A big update for Bus Wars is out! Here's what's new:
✨ New Finisher Shops
Two new shops in the lobby where you can buy and equip finishers. There are 5 new premium finishers, each with unique sounds, and you can preview them before buying.
💣 New Gameplay Features
- Get 20 kills in a row without dying to launch a nuke against every enemy team.
- TNT now drops during matches. Grab it before the other teams to get the key to their vault.
- Overtime now damages everyone still alive, with damage increasing every second.
- You can now build freely around your bus to defend it.
🚌 Lobby & Match Improvements
- A redesigned lobby with team selection pads.
- Rejoin within 90 seconds of disconnecting and keep your progress.
- Earn emeralds after matches, whether you win or lose.
- Smoother bus health bars and improved match flow.
⚙️ Other Improvements
- Rebalanced the economy.
- Fixed a bunch of bugs.
- Improved performance and reduced the island's download size to just 59 MB.
- I've put a lot of time into this update, and I really hope you enjoy what's been added.

Honestly, the future of Bus Wars depends on whether we can get more players into the game. I'd love to keep working on it, but if the player count doesn't grow, this may be my last major update.
If you've played before, give it another try, and if you enjoy it, bring some friends along. Every player helps. ❤️

The boys and I have been cooking up something special, still a work in progress.
I’ve been working on the base game art and environment design with @max_masti, and we’ll keep y’all updated.
Over the past few weeks, we have finished a lot of the assets and locked in our art style with all the new and hella optimised post-process effects. 😉
Super fun working on this in our free time.
