I can’t agree. A lot of young players are extremely lacking and overall process is flawed. Also analytics or metrics are used to interpret what players are good and bad it. At the end of the day though you need the right personnel to convey that to the player properly.

This has always been my thing — judging players by their metrics places results over process, which hurts development for young players
