@vevosuave I agree to certain extent though. They definitely need to be able to confirm what works and doesn’t work for themselves to be comfortable and confident in their own growth.
I can’t agree. A lot of young players are extremely lacking and overall process is flawed. Also analytics or metrics are used to interpret what players are good and bad it. At the end of the day though you need the right personnel to convey that to the player properly.
