Proud to be a Registered Nurse. Nursing Program Lead: Pathway To Excellence & Daisy Award at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. All views my own.
@NurseStandard Reflecting on my experience of shift work over the years I would say I preferred the 12 hour shift pattern. I had a better work life balance. Doing short shifts I frequently had 7 or 9 day stretches. I was always tired. Only those with set patterns seemed to have a good balance.
Fantastic opportunity for nurses, midwives & AHPs to help lead the development of NMAHP research @OUHospitals & @OxInAHR: Three Divisional Leads for NMAHP Research & Innovation are being sought. Deadline 11 Sept @OUH_Nursing@OUHTherapiesReh@hewalthall https://t.co/kp3ztpMvkO
