My top artist of 2022 was @JackIngram because of Marfa Tapes. ๐ฅฒ That album keeps me close to my grandmother. Thankful to have it to listen to over and over. #SpotifyWrapped
I donโt have to be in one place to get my job done. My leadership knows that and Iโm thankful Iโve come to know that too. If Iโm going to be driven by work, I have to live my life while working too. โ๏ธ 3/3
Giving myself permission to find harmony.
Expanding my list of 3rd places and that includes on my WFH days. Sometimes WFH is torture for my unmedicated ADHD brain, but I need them to have harmony between work and life. 1/3

Nailed a presentation and now presenting again tomorrow to dept leaders. โจ

Everyone on my team understands that I have a hard stop at 11:30 once a week so I can Zoom with @toughtoremember and @NickolasChance. ๐ฅฒ My boss even supports it.
Itโs crazy rewarding to have time during work to catch up and share cross industry knowledge with my besties.
It is an honor to work under @carverc at @UABIT. His enthusiasm and efforts to always empower his employees has made a great impact on me as I define what type of leader I want to be. Congratulations, Dr. Carver!
