@Dominos_UK That your vegetarian pizzas are “vegetarian” Adam who answers your customer service emails explains this perfectly. A piece of rogue chicken is ok as long as someone washes their hands sometimes…but only if anyone has an allergy 🙄

@Dominos_UK What I am trying to establish is, your menu advertises some of its pizzas as “vegetarian” but you are saying they may not be. Surely to advertise that something is vegetarian it has to be free from meat or your advertising is false??

@Dominos_UK @sideshow_bobbie I had this exact issue last week and I have an email from Domino’s customer services saying that this happens due to the fast movement on the production line and as it isn’t an allergy or religious belief issue (they make them wash their hands for that) they can see no problem.

I wish call centres would stop playing automatic messages saying "sorry we are taking longer to answer your call than normal" EVERY time we call. This should not be set up as a default.

If it is a default then delay isn't longer than normal, it is normal!
