Oficialmente se procederán con las denuncias oficiales a la Profeco en cuestión de la vulneración de nuestros principios de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor por parte de Infold con la eliminación del personaje Valko

Con esto buscamos que se nos ayude a proceder de forma legal para obtener respuestas por parte de la empresa y también para obtener reembolso de nuestros gastos.

Les solicito amablemente que si van a realizar la denuncia, modifiquen algunas cosas y adjunten sus evidencias, capturas de los anuncios en Redes sociales sobre Valko, al igual que capturas de errores que se encontraron ya dentro de la actualización, y capturas de pagos realizados dentro del juego en el periodo de su anuncio.

Esto para demostrar que la salida repentina de Valko nos está afectando y se nos dé una respuesta clara.

Esta denuncia la realicé junto con mi amiga y Hunter Ara Estrada, con quien procedió su denuncia en la Profeco, por eso realizamos esta, ya que este día 9 de Julio lo que se nos prometió, no llegó.

I just scrolled on Weibo and saw THIS news clip. THIS is why we dont have Valko! Look how they are portraying it! They purposefully cut the clips to make it look like he was FORCING himself on the main character! This is MESSED UP. I know that it is not an official issue, but the articles are flying!
They also stated that the massive backlash was happening overseas, but did NOT state that our protests were AGAINST cancellation. People then went on to point out that the game only has 1.4 stars so it MUST be awful in the comments! If this is how the public is acting its no wonder papergames/infold is being quiet. They jumped at the first chance to slander them as soon as they posted!

We need access to weibo at this point. Does anyone have any ideas??

GoA was literally running when the rumors started happening that Big Daddy got involved. Now GoA is censored. GoA was never an issue with the community, what changed?

The game was getting national coverage.

PPG's OWN statement called LADS a "cultural export responsibility." So cultural export has been literal state doctrine since 2023 (Global Civilization Initiative).

A game enrolled in a patriotic project? During the CCP's founding right around the corner? You better believe someone high up got involved.

“We understand this touched a sensitive cultural/national issue, so we will educate our employees, audit our internal process, and fix anything that does not align with Chinese cultural or patriotic expectations.”

Sure this was also in reference to the historical controversies, but I really don't think there is such a thing as coincidence.

Lets not forget, he looks western. And they HATED that shit.
